Huge thanks to our local Starbucks at 75-03 Roosevelt Ave in Queens for teaming up with Tiegerman Woodside!
This week, Starbucks visited our school to teach students how to craft drinks and run a café—and even donated products so we could launch our very own staff coffee shop! Led by Mr. Sileo and Ms. Kalmus, students are learning valuable skills such as using the register, making drinks, handling pastries, managing inventory, and providing great customer service.
We’re so proud of our students and grateful for community partners like Starbucks who help us bring real-world learning to life.
Today is Career Day at Woodside, we are so excited everyone will have more reasons to stay as our coffee cart is OPEN.
