Dear Tiegerman Family,

Various news sources have suggested that Mayor DeBlasio may be considering an extended remote instructional period for all NYC students in the coming days. We are closely monitoring the situation as it may have an impact on transportation to and from our school buildings. Upon hearing anything definitive, we will alert you immediately. Administration

Tiegerman Preschool, UPK and Elementary school will be operating Remotely on Friday, November 13th. We will resume in-person instruction on Monday, November 16th.

Please be advised that all Tiegerman School Programs except Daycare in Glen Cove will be remote on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. All school programs will return to our buildings on Wednesday, November 4, 2020.

Please be advised that Tiegerman Preschool/Elementary, UPK and Daycare programs will be in REMOTE on Tuesday, October 27th and Wednesday, October 28th, 2020. 

Tiegerman Preschool/Elementary, UPK and Daycare programs will REOPEN our Glen Cove location on Thursday, October 29th, 2020.

In observance of Veterans Day, on Wednesday, November 11th, 2020, ALL Tiegerman Schools will be closed. All buildings will resume in-person and remote instruction on Thursday, November 12th, 2020.

Dear Tiegerman Community,
Please be advised, tomorrow, Tuesday, October 27th, the Tiegerman Preschool/Elementary school in Glen Cove will be REMOTE. All other schools (Glen Cove Middle School, Richmond Hill High School, Tiegerman School at Woodside) are open and will provide in-person instruction in their buildings.

Dear Tiegerman Family,

We have just been informed that NYC Public Schools have again delayed their reopening of in-person instruction until Tuesday, September 29th, 2020. It is unclear if this will impact your child’s transportation starting on Monday, September 21st, 2020. We are trying to get clarification on this issue and will alert you as soon as we acquire any information.
