Dear Tiegerman Family,
Since 1985, Tiegerman has been a place where miracles happen. While our history and the number
of lives impacted over the years are extraordinary, it is abundantly clear that many of our
achievements would not have been possible without very strong leadership. In simple terms,
leadership helps set direction, assists in solidifying our future and supports our agency community in
moving forward. Dr. Ellenmorris Tiegerman, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, and Dr. Christine
Radziewicz, Chief Operating Officer, have worked tirelessly in assisting our staff to substantively
transform the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities from preschool throughout
adulthood. They have also envisioned a future where the workforce may change but the mission and
the miracles will continue.
In line with this theme, Tiegerman has some exciting news it would like to share with our
community members. As of July 1, 2023, Tiegerman will be restructuring some positions within its
Central Administrative office to strengthen and solidify the future of the agency. First, Dr. Christine
Radziewicz will be transitioning into a new role as Chief Corporate Compliance Officer. The mission
of the Chief Corporate Compliance Officer and its compliance program will be to promote an
organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance with laws,
rules, and regulations which govern our operations while enhancing qualitative services to the
children and families we serve.
As a result of Dr. Radziewicz’s new role, Dr. Jeremy Tiegerman (currently Program Director) will be
assuming the position of Chief Operating Officer and will in turn be promoting Mrs. Lauren Leonardi
(currently Richmond Hill High School Principal) to the position of Tiegerman Program Director. We
are very excited about all of these new roles and feel confident that these administrative changes will
facilitate both stability and growth for the agency for years to come.
